In specific areas, you can obtain a car from one of our vehicle partners or a fleet partner if you wish to drive with Vizhil but don't yet have one. Please be aware that each city may have different car possibilities.

We accept any vehicle that is under 10 years old, has 4 doors and seats a minimum of 5.

Within 24 hours at the start of a shift, if you log on and take trips for 10 hours of 'in-trip' driving time, you will be placed on an enforced rest period of 8 hours. Driving time is measured from the time you accept a trip until it ends. This is known as 'in-trip' driving time.

If you want to order on our website, you have to login to it using your personal details. Then select the food from the menu and enter your location. Our team will reach you as soon as possible.

You can change your order before it gets to the restaurant. To do so, you can call or chat with the customer service team. You cannot change an order once it has been placed and the restaurant has begun preparing your dish.

If the order is not placed with the restaurant, we will try our best to fulfill your request (customer care no. 9360326970). Please be aware that if your order has been confirmed, we have the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the whole order amount in order to reimburse our delivery partners and restaurant.

Any restaurant that appears in the search results for your location is one from which we will deliver. We advise allowing the app to automatically determine your location and turning on your GPS location finder.

Kindly see whether an update is available for your app. If not, kindly send the information to [email protected].

RESTAURANT

Your restaurant won't go live on the platform for up to 7 to 10 working days until the onboarding process is finished and all required paperwork has been received and confirmed.

This one-time payment covers the system and administrative expenses related to the onboarding procedure. It is taken out of your weekly payouts as soon as you begin getting orders from Vizhil.

vizhil provides you with a 0% commission.

In accordance with government laws, an FSSAI licence is a must. On the other hand, you can proceed with your registration using the confirmation number that you would have received from the FSSAI if you had not obtained your licence at the time of onboarding.
